My passion is empowering leaders to transform their approach and achieve impactful results. With years of experience coaching executives and guiding leaders through complex challenges, I’ve seen firsthand how strategic leadership development can unlock potential and drive growth.

As a leadership coach, I have helped clients strengthen their decision-making, foster innovation, and build resilience. My own leadership journey has taught me the importance of adaptability, and I bring that insight into every coaching session.

Currently

Using my 25 years of experience as a coach, trainer, startup founder, and product developer along with my desire to connect with people on a personal level, I bring a unique perspective to each engagement.

I am currently working with leaders from both a coaching and advising perspective; specifically focusing on personal development, strategy and direction.

The Past

I have a wide background in business development and entrepreneurship. I created and ran the following: a fine art and antiques auction house, a VR telemedicine platform, a rent payment platform, an on-demand party staffing platform, and an agile coaching and consulting company.

Not every one of my business has been successful, but they all grew me and developed my understanding of what works and what doesn’t work as a leader.

 

I write articles on leadership-related topics and have been a guest speaker at conferences and companies in the United States and Europe.

I am a musician and live in New York.
